Evening Format

1. Music will be playing as we move into a Kundalini Protection Meditation will be playing when you sign on. Prepare yourself for an amazing journey of visual and audio meditation. Not sure what to do that's ok. Just relax and enjoy. 

2. I will come on briefly for a short introduction - The presentation will begin at 7:40.  Be sure to mute your audio so there is no disturbance for others.

3. Meditation will begin.  View the video presentation to heighten your awareness of spirit's light then immediately following the audio version will play.

4. Sit back with eyes closed during the audio only presentation as your senses rise to an elevated essence of your being.

3. Journal Session - immediately following the presentation grab your journal and write about your experience. Your thoughts, your feelings, what you saw...
