Our angels are with us every day, every step of the way. The signs are in abundance if you just know what to look for. There are some very common signs that are easily identifiable such as cloud formations, coins, feathers, music, fragrance, etc... When you see it, feel it, sense it, you just know it was meant for you. The next step is to figure out who sent it. Was it a loved one? Was it an angel? So I tell my students when they find one of these special gifts who or what is the first thing that pops into your head. Was it a name or a feeling? When using this intuitive muscle you have to be careful to not over think it because what happens is you put the person you want the gift to be from into the forefront of your mind and letting your (what we spiritually call) ego get in the way. This is one of the toughest things to do when beginning your spiritual journey. Just letting it happen. Not being in control is difficult and you definitely have to surrender to trust in your angels and their guidance. To allow the energy from the divine to flow and give you the information needed, when needed.
When you find the signs and your not sure who it may be from you can still relish in the moment. Embrace the energetic connection with the higher power and thank the universe for the gift. You don't have to know who it's from. That will come with time. Recognizing is the the first step and thanking the angels for them is important. Trust me when I say once you begin this first step of noticing the signs, they will continue to come more and more. Eventually you will begin to understand who they are from , why they are sent and what the message is.
I began collecting the gifts from spirit because they were to important to just leave behind. They were given to me for a reason and it would be extremely rude to not except the gifts. Of all beings, I don't want to hurt the feelings of my angels. One by one the feathers and coins appeared through the years and I realized I needed to create a special place to host the gifts of my angels. It doesn't have to be anything expensive. I picked a candy jar for the sweetness of my angels to think of mean. When I walk by the jar it makes me smile and reminds me of how much I am loved.
So once you begin to notice the signs don't leave it behind. Pick it up, (take pictures if you have to) thank your angels and bring it home. God knows we all have days when we need a reminder we are loved.
Love, light and blessings always,
