Sit still for 30 seconds:
Breathe in Breathe Out. Close your eyes.
Breathe in Breathe Out. Relax your shoulders.
Breathe in Breathe Out. Say to yourself “I’ve got this”
Breathe in Breathe Out. “I am love, I am light, I am worthy”
Breathe in Breathe out. Repeat as necessary.
